Story:

            Mr Jason Smith is in the age of 70 and he is retired . He is not living with his son and daughter but lives with his wife. He has stroke before and he is still recovering , so he cannot walks a long distance far from his house. One day afternoon, Mr Jason travels to community centre and elderly corner to play chess with his friends, while his has some knees problems so she stay at home alone.  After that, he will go to shop for grocery. He buys some daily supplies but he found that it is heavy to carry these things and there is a distance far from his house. Suddenly, it rains heavily. Although he walks slowly and carefully with his sticks, but the floor is slippery and there is no shelter from the groceries shop along the corridor. It is difficult to walk in the rain with carry heavy groceries, finally he falls down . 

 Problems:  1.)he is still recovering from stroke.
                   2.)they both have some health problems so they need some care.

                   3.)carry heavy groceries and walking with a sticks.
                   4.)floor is slippery.
                   5.)no shelter from groceries shop along the corridor.

                  

    Solve:   1.) increase handle along the corridor.
                 2.)they can move to the elderly village and get special care from there.
                 3.)take trolley along when buy something.
                 4.)change the floor textile into non slippery floor.
                 5.)built shelter along the groceries shop to the corridor.
